Hi, I’m Hannah, a dedicated SEND tutor based in Leeds, and the founder of Hannah’s Hub.
Hannah’s Hub is a specialist SEND home tuition service across Yorkshire, with a holistic, tailored and neurodiversity affirming approach.
Within the Hub we have special school and resource-provision teachers, mental health professionals, SENDCos, functional skills teachers, trauma informed practitioners, speech and language professionals, play-based learning practitioners, and more.
What we all share is a common approach:
