I offer a structured, high-energy daytime session designed specifically for home-educated children who need more than just academics.
These boxing fitness sessions focus on building real-life skills — not just physical fitness. Through sprint work, reaction drills, pad work, and coordinated movement, children develop focus, discipline, confidence, and resilience in a safe and supportive environment.
Each session is coach-led and purpose-driven, helping children:
• Improve concentration and listening skills
• Build confidence through achievement and progression
• Develop coordination, balance, and body awareness
• Release energy in a positive, controlled way
• Engage socially with others in a structured setting
There is no fighting or sparring — the emphasis is on personal development, fitness, and learning how to channel energy in a constructive way.
This is particularly beneficial for home-educated children who may benefit from:

• A routine that supports both mental and physical wellbeing
Sessions are inclusive, encouraging, and suitable for all ability levels.
Parents are welcome to stay, observe, or take part.
