Jess leads our Life Skills classes for ages 4–7, 8–12, and 13–16, offering a supportive and engaging space where students can grow in confidence, independence, and practical ability. These sessions focus on building essential social, emotional, and everyday life skills — from improving communication to learning how to manage challenges calmly and effectively.
Jess brings a calm, patient approach that supports each student as they develop the tools they need to thrive. Ideal for all learners, especially those with SEN, these classes help young people feel more capable, confident, and feel ready to navigate everyday life.
