Join our fun and inclusive community football sessions designed especially for home-educated children aged 6–13! Led by experienced coaches from Foundation Sports, these sessions take place every Friday from 1pm to 2pm at the Ab Salute Gym Astro in St Albans (AL4 0DB). It’s a great opportunity for children to stay active, build confidence, and develop teamwork in a welcoming environment.
Our sessions are SEND-friendly, with a strong focus on inclusion, enjoyment, and football skill development at all levels. Whether your child is new to the game or already playing regularly, they’ll benefit from a supportive space that encourages personal progress, positive social interaction, and physical literacy.
Parents love the flexibility and community spirit of our sessions—and we’re currently offering the first two sessions free so you can come and try it out with no pressure. Come and be part of a growing network of home-ed families who value sport, wellbeing, and connection.

After the first two free trial sessions, the cost is £35 per month, with one session every term-time Friday.
