Our exercise programmes offer a unique way to combine fun and functional fitness, we can also combine it with executive functioning and essential skills development.
Your child’s coach will create an individualised programme for them based on their strengths and areas for development. The programme will include a range of functional fitness exercises focusing on areas such as balance, coordination, gross or fine motor skills, working memory, self-confidence and problem solving.
