I’m a certified counsellor and neurodivergence coach running my practice since 2019.
I bring deep understanding to parents of neurodivergent or anxious children of any age and those experiencing barriers to education. I’m raising my own three ND teens so I have strong solidarity. Many in my family are neurodivergent and I have AuDHD traits, so I have deep compassion for those of us whose brains work differently. There are massive strengths as well as challenges.
I know just how hard it can feel – AND that calmer, happier times are possible. I start from complete acceptance of each parent, child, or separated /couple. I work with parents of children big and small: pre-verbal 2 year olds, young adults in residential care homes, articulate students in mainstream and parents seeking learning that suits their child.
What lights me up is seeing each parent develop their unique tools and confidence to connect deeply with their child/ren, set them up to succeed. Our love and connection with our children help them fulfil their potential. This builds hope in your heart and creates harmony in your home.
I have taught languages to all ages and worked in conflict resolution in Northern Ireland. I’ve run a play therapy programme for my son, set up small schools and I coordinate the South West Holistic Education Community.
I live on a small farm between Bath and Frome in Somerset, UK. I support parents and young people in person, in my office and on walk and talk sessions, as well as internationally.
