The Home School Art Club returns this January with a continued and evolving programme for home-educated children.
At The Smiley Art Club, we believe art should be accessible, playful, and pressure-free. Our sessions are designed to welcome a wide age range (approximately 5–12 years), while allowing each child to explore creativity at their own pace and ability level.
Rather than one-off workshops, the club offers a returning creative space where children can build skills over time, revisit ideas, and grow in confidence.
How the Sessions Work
Each session is set up as a calm, welcoming environment with different creative stations. Children are free to move between activities, follow their interests, and work at a level that feels right for them.
Alongside individual work, we also introduce group projects that develop across sessions — encouraging collaboration, continuity, and a sense of shared achievement.
These sessions are about process over perfection. Children are supported to experiment, take their time, and enjoy making — without pressure to “finish” or produce a certain outcome.
