I run LIVE online maths sessions for home educators with a difference.
All my sessions focus on deep understanding, problem solving and working creativity and collaboratively.
Puzzles and Problems are live maths sessions for home ed families that focus on using maths to solve problems rather than learning methods.
This is because puzzle and solving is intrinsically motivating, a lot more fun (especially in a group) and you retain deeper understanding of the maths too!
Maths in Motion are all ages maths sessions running for FREE on YouTube and Facebook. They are resigned so you can join on with no writing at all (unless you want to – in which case you can grab a free printout)
I am a home ed mum of two, and a qualified maths teacher. I have worked with young people and their families in maths for over 14 years.
