On June 19, our Learning Team will be hosting a STEM Careers Day, packed with hands-on activities, interactive tours and inspirational talks from industry leaders to inspire the engineers and innovators of tomorrow.

Each day runs from 9:15 to 14:30 and is hosted at the British Motor Museum, home to nearly 400 historic vehicles and one of the world’s largest industrial archives.

This year’s event is bigger and better than ever, and will feature keynote talks from Playground Games, makers of Forza Horizon, hands-on sessions led by the Museum’s Archive team, interactive Museum tours and panel discussions from Lotus, Aston Martin, Bentley and much more!

Admission costs just £12.50 per student aged 11-17, with accompanying adults for under 16s free, and gives access to all the activities, for a great value way to inspire the STEM leaders of the future!

Each day features a mix of:

5 x 30-minute hands‑on STEM workshops led by industry professionals and the Museum’s Learning Team.
Interactive Museum tours
Inspiring keynote speaker from Playground Games, exploring the wide range of careers behind the creation of the Forza Horizon video game franchise.
Panel discussions with young STEM professionals from the automotive world.
– A careers fair‑style space with STEM employers and training providers.
– A digital goody bag including next steps, resources and inspiration from people working in the world of F1.
